OH MY GOD. Looks like I'm officially going ALL WEEKEND to Fan Expo in August this year! My brother was awesome enough to buy a ticket for my birthday, and he got one for himself, plus he doesn't mind staying as long as I pay for the hotel.
I'll be cosplaying Tsukasa from Lucky Star Rhyme from The World Ends With You on Friday, Alkaid from .hack//G.U. on Saturday, and Lucca from Chrono Trigger on Sunday (:
So far, that is! XD Money might become an issue, so if it does become an issue, I'll make something easy that I already have a wig for for Friday, instead of Tsukasa ^-^ Money probably will be an issue, so I'm settling on Rhyme instead. I have a lot of stuff for it already XD (including the wig, main reason for the change. why are wigs so expensive?!)
Is anyone else going? I'm really excited seeing as it's the first con I'm going to for an entire weekend!
In other news, I'm really excited because Friday's my last day of high school omigawd (: Hopefully will be seeing UP that day with friends, I heard it's really good!
This summer will be full of being busy D: I have my prom coming up, and my cousin's coming up from Florida for five days at the end of June ( it should be SO MUCH FUN ) for my graduation and to hang out and go to some grad parties with me ( he hasn't been here since he was like five xD ), and right after he leaves I'll be going to Pennsylvania for the 4th of July like every year ( The PA Mobaraks live down in Lititz and it's a tradition of ours to go down there for July 4th! ), and on July 3rd I'll be hanging out with ~x3rikku at Hershey Park! She's my ride buddy since my mom's getting 'too old' lolz. I can't wait to see her again! Then I'll be pummeled with hours at work since my dad wants me to make a lot of money this year ( I need it for college, a car, and Fan Expo of course ). Also I'm going to be in my school district's musical of Grease! So rehearsals will be every weekday at night for a while :3 that should be fun! I haven't been in a musical since 8th grade and I really miss it.
I'm seeing the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince preview screening on July 12th, another epic thing my brother's taking me to! I'm going to cosplay Pavarti xD I look the most like her :3
With all this stuff going on I'm going to have less free time to do the things I really wanted to do a lot of this summer: drawing, writing, reading... blarghh. Also I have to find a way to squeeze in time to work on my three cosplays!! XDD
